Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Thick cards (VISA/MasterCard):Â 1 card (optimal grip)
Thin cards (business cards):Â Up to 3 cards
Designed for ISO/IEC 7810 ID-1 standard cards:
VISA/MasterCard: 85.6 × 53.98 × 0.76mm

A: Generally, no. Most modern cards use chip technology, which is unaffected by magnetic fields, so you can store them freely without worry.
PS: Magnetic stripe cards (being phased out) may be affected by strong magnetic fields. However, the magnetic strength of this card holder (700-1000GS) is not strong enough to cause demagnetization under normal conditions. While our tests show no immediate issues, we recommend not storing magnetic stripe cards in this holder long-term to avoid potential interference.
A: It depends on the card type. Some cards (e.g., access cards, transit cards, bank cards) use different electromagnetic induction technologies, and the holder’s materials (steel plate + magnets) may reduce read range. For best results, we recommend removing the card before swiping to ensure smooth operation. Test case-by-case if needed.
