This return policy applies to direct end-user consumers who purchase our products from tihtm.com.
All return orders must be sent back to our return hub located in San Fernando, CA, USA.
All items must be returned in their original condition, including the original TIHTM packaging.
Please note that adhesive products that have been used can not be returned.
Customized items, unless due to an error on our part, are not eligible for a refund or replacement.
Items that are damaged due to misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse, or other abnormal use are not eligible for a refund or replacement.
For non-quality related returns, TIHTM will refund the cost of the returned product only. (All shipping costs including original shipping costs will be excluded from your total amount.)
Customers are responsible for the return shipping fees for non-quality related returns.

About Exchanges
